Stair Exercises for Fitness & Weight Loss
Stair training has always been a staple of my training-as well as training their athletes and personal training clients. So when I first came across Virgil Aponte information, I thought I knew everything there is to know about stair training. What can PE teacher from New York City to teach me something? However, the more I read data from g. Aponte, the more I became impressed with what he had to say. So impressed that I decided to make my Ultimate Stair Exercises for Fitness & Weight Loss fair shot.
Good decision on my part. Firstly, let me tell you, it is much more than the average, ordinary gym teacher Virgil. He has also worked as a personal trainer in New York City for 12 years and a high school physical educator for over more than 10 years. During these years, he's helped hundreds of people from all walks of life achieve their strength, fitness and health goals associated with.
Not only that, but in 2001 Virgil served as a baseball / conditioning coach with the New York Mets Summer Instructional Baseball Academy in Queens New York. Here he got the opportunity to work side major league baseball coaches and players like Mookie Wilson, Howard Johnson , Bobby Ojeda and Cookie Rojas teach baseball skills and concepts for children aged 7 to 15 year olds.
Plus, 2002 Virgil served as assistant to the New York Liberty WNBA strength and conditioning staff ... the same year won the Liberty Eastern Conference Finals and played the Los Angeles Sparks in the WNBA Finals. This background and experience of the person admit Virgil stair training product. Here are the top 3 reasons to recommend it.
1 I'm excited to see that g. Aponte is a believer in using "real steps" wherever possible - do not jump on the latest and best stair climbing machine in the gym. Like me, Virgil says that these machines are ok, but will not give the same results as actually moving your body weight up the summer started. The experience just does not compare - and neither do the results. For weight loss, muscle building, cardiovascular fitness , functional strength (or all of) these workouts will get you where you want to go.
2 Progressions shown in g. Aponte DVD also impressed me. It makes you strong work no matter what your current state of fitness . Are you trying to get in shape or are already performing at a high level, there are stair exercises you to the next step. Young and old, male or female, progressions can move safely from beginner to advanced - will continue to challenge you achieve new levels of success.
3 Finally, there is sufficient diversity in the Ultimate Stair Exercises for Fitness & Weight Loss program to keep your workouts fun and motivating for a very long time. Jumping, running, jumping and lunging at the large number of changes and degree of difficulty are presented with easy to follow demonstrations
g. Aponte himself. (He even includes one of my all-time favorite exercises - phase jump - not to be confused with stage dive ...). Detail level is just right - which gives you information on why you need to use proper techniques without getting too bogged down to the boring scientific details ...
All in all, I believe Virgil Aponte succeeded with this product that fulfills its mission by placing and exchange of knowledge, strength and health of human beings, anywhere and everywhere.
