No Cardio Question Answered

Certainly there are many people who just do weights, and cardio, and probably just as many, perhaps more to do cardio and free weight training. It is true that a lot of people hate cardio exercises, but not all Sun Many people absolutely love it - even the really high intensity cardio. To say that everyone loves weight training is just incorrect. Not everyone has weight training, almost anyone would have done. could enjoy going through the motions of weight training and the use of light weights, but this is not the right muscle building weight training.

Do not get me wrong, it's better for people to at least do light resistance training than nothing at all, but weight training builds muscle and strength requires the muscles gradually overwhelmed. This means that heavier or more reps or slow reps to increase exercise intensity weight training. Likewise, when it comes to cardio, cardio workout that produces results is the kind that gets you breathing hard, your heart pumping and your muscles tiring endurance.

This is the level of cardio when people say they hate cardio. Anything less is generally what you see all those fat people in the gym doing while they're pedaling away on exercise bikes. As for cardio, you're hungry, so No Weight training. now it is true that you can lose weight without cardio. could also lose weight without resistance. could also lose weight without fancy fad diets. All you really need is a calorie deficit. In other words, burn more calories than you eat.

Everyone knows the easiest way to achieve that is by cutting your food intake. This, of course, the danger of slipping into starvation mode and lowering the body metabolism, thereby losing weight more difficult and future weight gain is more likely. To counter this, of course, weight training can be used to boost metabolism and maintain, perhaps even build muscle tissue. should be abundantly clear by now that starvation diets are definitely not the best way to lose weight, healthy and sustainable. best approach to achieving the necessary calorie deficit is to increase the activity burn more energy.

Any increase in activity or cardio weight training workout will result in you wanting to eat more. 's not necessarily a bad thing. Eating more requires more energy is used to digest food. If you follow the rules of eating food over 4-6 smaller but more frequent meals, you increase your metabolism, which naturally increases the fat burning even when not exercising. Eat protein and complex carbohydrates, which takes more energy to digest, it helps.
