Playing the role of vitamins in muscle building


Strength training is one of the absolute essential when it comes to muscle building. With push-ups for weight lifting leg lifts, proper planning and proper implementation of the program has to be done to ensure the best results. But there is one other aspect of muscle building is as important as strength training and the introduction of the necessary vitamins.

People consume vitamins, increase energy or to avoid getting sick. However, some vitamins are also needed to trainees strength and endurance as they play an active role in shaping the muscles of the body.

Vitamins for body builders

1 Vitamin B2 or Riboflavin - this vitamin, which is eggs, cheese, milk, almonds, leafy vegetables, and animal liver, promotes proper functioning of the thyroid, thus increasing the metabolism.

2 Vitamin B3 or Niacin - in addition to ensuring the health thyroids, this vitamin stabilize blood sugar and help in the process of the body fat. It also lowers the level of cholesterol. Brown rice, chicken, oats, mackerel, eggs, tuna and salmon are some sources of vitamin B3.

3 Vitamin B5 or Pantothenic acid - a vitamin that regulates fat, carbohydrate and protein metabolism, the lack of it can lead to reduced capacity to process food and convert energy. This vitamin is important in the prevention of stress and improve resistance. You can have a good supply Vitamin B5 by eating meat, nuts, eggs, molasses, beans and green vegetables.

4 Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine - bananas, avocados, dried fruits, cabbage, beef and brewer's yeast are common sources of vitamin B6, which assisted by the supply of the fuel cell. This vitamin also plays an important role in regulating metabolism.

5 Vitamin C or ascorbic acid - while we often think of vitamin C as a way to protect us from the common cold, this vitamin is actually more to offer. These assist in maintaining the strength of connective tissues. Its role in the formation of collagen, which makes it very useful for building muscle.
